Timing services provided by RMS Race Management Systems. RMS utilizes the Chronotrack Timing System, state-of-the-art chip technology using a single-use RFID D-tag,™ an all-weather option that is better suited for logistics and pace of today's events.

The North Meck Rescue 7k encourages you to consult a physician, physical therapist and/or personal trainer if you are a beginning or intermediate runner/walker with aspirations of completing a 7k Race.

The links to the right may be of some assistance to you as you begin to mentally and physically prepare yourself to conquer this intermediate length race.  Training programs, schedules and nutritional information are available on the web.
